Music attracts those who can appreciate beauty, this is why there is a Dark elf and his panther walking along the edge of the lake, basking in the sheer beauty of the day.

Seeing the creature with the strange instrument Drizzt pauses, then slowly approaches, cautiously not wanting to disturb the musician, with Guenhwyvar at his side.

As the pair draws closer, Stitch glances up. Elves of any description do not really faze him; he's seen much stranger. The panther on the other hand gets a stare of interest. He definitely doesn't see something like that everyday. There's no fear, just intense curiosity and a not so quiet air of confidence. He doesn't seem to be scared of either of them.

Similar curiosity can be seen behind the intelligent eyes of the 600 pound panther. moving ahead of Drizzt, Guen approaches the strange creature then pauses to sniff the air at a distance.

Huh.

Most of the local fauna back home seems to be instinctively uneasy around him for the most part. With the exception of birds and the occasional sea turtle. But he's only ever encountered one of those. The ukulele is set aside and he grins at the panther.

"Hiiiiii."

Even after all this time, he still occasionally forgets that most Earthling creatures can't speak.

Guen may not be able to speak but she does understand the common tongue of Toril which thankfully happens to match the common tongue of Miliways.

Guen sits on he back legs then lowers her head in what is unmistakably a bow, her golden eyes shining as she rises to a sitting position once more.

The formality results in snickering on the part of the blue critter. He stands and moves in for a closer look.

Guen stands still, nonthreatening, waiting for Stitch to familiarize himself with her.

Drizzt is standing behind Guen watching the unfolding scene with a smirk on his face.

Drizzt is still being ignored at the moment in favor of Guen's continuous politeness. One might almost think she expects Stitch to reciprocate.

He gives the stationary cat an inquiring prod in the chest. "Ingatish dakka patuga." Grin.

Ok that she is going to respond too.

In one swift movement Guen is off her hind legs and pouncing Stitch to the ground, her claws retracted, so as not to cause damage of course.

Stitch cackels like a madman as the two sail through the air. Possibly not the reaction Guenhwyvar's used to, but hey, he got a reaction. Regardless of outcome, getting someone to crack is always a plus.

The impact with the ground results in a loud thump. He grins up at the panther, Then gently lifts her off himself, sets her aside, and stands up the grin still in place.

Ok Something that can lift a 600 pound panther effortlessly off of themselves deserves respect. As such it is with an even more curious stare that Guen looks at the creature that is obviously much more than he seems.

Drizzt on the other hand is rolling on the ground laughing. Guen looks at him with a look that could kill most people.

His attention is finally transferred to Drizzt. People laughing at his antics equal bonus points.

"Nice cat. She's with you?" He asks by way of greeting.

After picking himself up off the floor Drizzt smiles and responds.

"You could say that, She is a creature of the Astral Plane that has been gracious enough to come to my call, time and time again."

Drizzt walks over to where Guen is sitting and pets her head.

"Astral Plane?" That was a new one.

Unknown locales aside, the petting pretty much confirms it. These two are buddies.

If the petting doesn't confirm it the purring that exits Guenhwyvar should.

"The Astral Plane is the plane of existence that lies between the Material Plane and Outer Planes. It is a world of forests that go on forever. Where the mountains never begin, and where the oceans never touch."

Drizzt has that far away scholar look.

Weird. He's never heard of anywhere like that.

"Ocean touches all around Kauaʻi." He's learned to live with it, He really has no desire to leave it anymore after all. Still, fun as surfing is, he doesn't trust the ocean.
