There's a Tommy in the bar this afternoon, seated at a table rather than on his customary couch by the fire. He's in full uniform after some training out by the lake earlier, though the Brachio Staff and his helmet are sitting on top of the table. This is in part because he's currently eating, a large glass of Diet Coke and an entire pizza occupying part of the tabletop. The pizza itself is half pepperoni, half shrimp scampi, and both halves have had dents made in them.
The rest of the table's surface is consumed by stacks of graded papers, a yellow legal pad, a sketchbook, assorted pens and pencils and a laptop computer. There are also more than a few books, thoughtfully provided by Bar. One might note titles such as The Effects of Prolonged Magical Exposure In Living Organisms and The Demon Within: Studies In The Effects of Possession, Symbiosis and Baseline+ Abilities In Metahumans, on the covers and spines.
It would seem the good doctor has been bitten by the reasearch bug. Not that this means he'll mind a distraction or two, so have at!
