Tonight, Nathan was in the bar, in fact he was over by the bar. Making demands.

"Come on, I need to see it. It's important. I need to know what happens. What if they're right?"

Come over, and find out what he's asking for, and why Bar's refusing his demands.

Since its Bar and its rare for her to not give someone what they request.

"Some newspapers," he simply said. Not mentioning the part where it's newspapers...

"Tis odd, sir, 'rhaps I could try askin'."

"Good luck. It's probably that she doesn't want to me to see what might happen yet."

Brief glare to the wooden surface, "No matter, that I need to know."

Bar seemed to think he didn't. Or more likely, shouldn't.

"When are the papers to be from, sir?"

Since asking from the future would be a bit wrong somehow, just as how Will hasn't asked anyone for details of how and when King Richard returns.

"A week from now, and a few years later as well."

"Thought twas dangerous to fiddle with time. Know for wizards like Molly tis a law 'gainst it."

"Yeah, well, I bet her world doesn't have people who can bend time and space when they feel like it, or people showing up from their own (possible?) future either," Nathan grumped.

[will_scarlett]

"Tis no need to act like that, sir, she's from a world o'wizards so I dinna know what all tis possible for 'em."

"Probably is, more likely than my world. And it shouldn't even be possible for mine. But it is."

"Aye, so why were ye askin' then if knew she probably wouldna let ye see?"

"Had to try anyway. It's important," he simply said.

"Aye, sir."

Though in the end everthing's important so Will's not really sure what to say.

Well, there was degrees of importance. Saving the world or not was definitely up there in importance.

Nathan just nodded.

Will's not sure what else to say, Nathan reminds him far too much of the lords who are sure of their place in the world and don't seem to think about the ones beneath them.

So he just takes a long drink and tries to think of something to talk about that's not too weird.
