What does one do when one finds oneself at a strange tavern where the world ends? If you are Marlowe, you...well, first of all you collapse in a drunken slump in the first bed that you find, and then, once you wake up and your head stops feeling as if it is going to split open, you keep to yourself. You bathe and find new clothes, so you don't stink quite so much, and you keep to yourself.
And then you go back to that window.
So that is where Marlowe is currently, standing in front of the Observation Window in new (although still dark) clothes, arms crossed and expression...impossible to describe.
