That would be why he comes into the bar, dressed in his civvies and looking a might bit better than the last time. It's also why he's got a packed bag.
No, he's not vacationing in Milliways; he'd just been on the way to the airport for his actual vacation. This, however, was a nice surprise and he ends up heading for the bar and getting himself a pint before he even considers the fact that much like when he'd been going into various dangerous missions, the bar had pulled him in just before he went.
