"Oh!" That would be the young woman in the flapper dress, soaking wet, who'd just come in from outside, "Didn't know there were actual barmen here. That's fantastic!"
"That's just fantastic!" She said, swinging herself up into a seat, apparently completely ignoring the fact that she was, indeed, dripping wet, "Because, see, I said to myself that I should find someone who works here, since they'd more likely to know whether this place as a stage manager or an entertainment director."
She shook her head, "And I only ask because I find myself... staying here unexpectedly." She certainly wasn't stuck, and she was by no means trapped, but she couldn't get home like one would think, "And since you don't have a crew that needs someone to ring a morning bell and an evening bell, I find myself in need of something to do, so I said to myself: 'why not sing, that's what you used to do isn't it Darcy?'"
She blinked then and looked just a little sheepish, blushing slightly, "I've been terribly rude, I apologize. I'm Darcy, Darcy Flotsam, and I just arrived last night."
That's quit a lot of information to process all in one go - but he thinks he has it all down.
So.
"First off, let me say it is a pleasure to meet you, Miss Flotsam. I am George Cooper, at your service." he gives a quick bow. "I tend bar here, on what some folk would refer to as Monday nights - though we don't have Mondays where I come from."
He grins at her.
"Can I get you a towel? And possibly something to drink ... and then we can tackle whatever questions you might have."
She grinned, "Pleasure to meet you as well Mister Cooper, and a towel would be much appreciated, took a bit of a swim before coming in. It's what I'm used to doing after a long day y'see."
A shrug, "And as far as drinks go, I shan't need anything else before next week."
