Fran's had a pretty good week. There's still problems to be faced, back home, but at least now she knows she won't be facing them alone when it's necessary.
She goes to Bar and requests a few items, including a jacket and boots for cold weather. They appear in a neatly folded bundle on the countertop. Fran whispers her thanks, and takes them. She writes a brief
Hey, Doc.
A friend from the Bar has invited me to go with her to her world, for a while.
It feels a little like running away, but I'm still Bound and going stir crazy would rather go somewhere I can be useful, for a bit.
Ilyana requested though that I have a check-up here, to be sure I'm okay. Her world has healers, but they might find my physiology a bit confusing.
If you'll be in tonight, I'll try to catch you then.
She and her baby are good, too. She said to give you her regards and maybe she'll see you before we go.
