Whilst Dwight studies the bar, there seems to be someone studying him with equal yet entirely reserved curiosity. He's seen a lot of things in his short time at Milliways, but this is not one of them.
"You know it's likely to hit back..?" Says the individual with a sullen and entirely bored look on his features, nursing a glass of water as he watches the antics.
"She doesn't need them," Le Chiffre states, as if experienced in the matter, and it was more than likely that he was. Him and bar got off to a rocky start when he first arrived. "She's quite capable of causing harm in numerous ways that don't involve arms."
"Like what?" he asks, just before he finally looks over...
Shocked, he stands up straight, shoulders squared and a wary look in his eyes. He was not aware the criminal element had been allowed into this place. If Bond didn't know already, he'd have to warn him!
"Like--" he starts, but pauses at the look he gets, responding to it with a mildly bemused sort of smirk. However, the amusement soon fades at Dwight's tone, because even the Bond villain isn't used to being addressed in such a manner.
"None of your beeswax," he says, his voice low and filled with righteous indignation. Dwight Schrute may no longer have his badge but he's still a man of the law. "I know who you are, Le Chiffre and that's all you need to know."
Le Chiffre gets the distinct feeling he'd remember someone as.. memorable as Dwight, so how the man can know of his name without him knowing of Schrute's is a possible mystery for him to solve at some point, when he actually cares.
"Very clever. Who set you up to this? They must be paying you impressively." Because rly, he tortures people for fun. Luckily for both of them, his mood is on the happy side of life today.
"Unlike some people, I don't have a price." There's a mixture of disgust and haughty amusement in his voice as he says this.
Moving closer, he adds in a more sober tone, "And as God as my witness, as long as we are in this bar together, I am going to watch your every movement like a hawk."
"You're not the first person who's said that to me," he states, because he does apparently have a fair few people watching his every move, including one security member. Anyone would think Le Chiffre had questionable motives or something.
Dwight's leaning in means leaning out for him, because no one should invade his personal space. "Are you security?"
That seems to snap Dwight out of the glowering/leaning/intimidation mode he was in.
"Security?"
The wheels in his head start turning. Clearly, whoever they were, they weren't doing their jobs. They needed someone more vigilant on their task force, someone who could was ruthless and insatiable when it came to routing out the criminal scum and wouldn't stop until the job was done.
Dwight wouldn't find it with a flashlight and a map.
"Thank you," is the cool reply. Even if they were sworn enemies there was always room for honor. That was the Bushido code. "Now, that we've had this talk, I don't expect any problems from you, understood?"
Taking out his notebook, he flips it open, looking through his notes. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to my work."
Aside from the bar, there was the lake and the upstairs to investigate. He should also warn Bond that Le Chiffre was here. (What would he do without Dwight?)

"You," he hisses, his eyes narrowing.

"I'm assuming not, then."

"Not yet," Dwight amends for him. "That will be changing very soon."

"You're just the sort they need, I can tell," he replies. Most probably there's an insult hidden in there somewhere.

"I'll be on my best behaviour from now on," he confirms with a firm nod and a twisted little smirk.
