Gibbs is awake before the dawn today. Those dreams about the hurricane didn't help.
So he's up on the deck, looking at the stars. Something is reassuring about how the stars are always the stars. He can't name most of them, but he knows the constellations, and the ones that count, like the Polestar. At least the stars never change. (Oh, how it would hurt his head to even see the night sky in the Southern Hemisphere, let alone to be told that even the stars are not immutable.)
If you see him on his walk about the deck, feel free to call out.
