Bartending

Garion, lacking a bartending icon FTWince, is settled at the bar, no drinks up on the board. He's got Beldaran with him, tucked into his arm and with the other he holds onto one of the drink recipe manuals, his lips quirking back and forth in indecision. Back and forth, back and forth, and eventually he closes it before laying it on the bar

Cute baby and person he knows brings Will over, he's still in a good mood and realizes that Garion might actually know how women's minds work,

"Good even, milord, what tis good tonight?"

"Ale is always servicable," he answers, "but it depends on your mood. Good evening."

Beldaran waaaaaves.

Will returns the wave to Beldaran and smiles,

"Aye, my mood tis good though I've met a woman from the future who tis quite confusin', milord. Do ye 'ave anythin' with the word Super in it?"

He nods and starts mixing.

...the fact that he does it with one hand is rather impressive. Then again, he is a king. Beldaran, though, stares at Will.

"Hair. Red hair."

She bounces, her little copper curls bouncing with her.

Garion kisses his daughter on top of her head.

"Yes, Beldaran."

Another good grin from Will, kids are just fascinating and looks at Beldaran and gently shakes his head, he doesn't have her lovely curls but the red hair does move,

"Aye, ye've red hair too,"

Will says to Beldaran with a big grin.

"Mommy! Mommy has haaaair. Red."

She holds it up to Will to show him.

Garion, on the other hand, serves a cup of mead. Something sweet.

Will just laughs, his hair doesn't usually cause this much excitment and takes the cup from Garion, at the taste of the mead a thoughtful look appears on his face,

"'ad somethin' like this the night of the lake party, milord, tis dangerous stuff,"

He says to Garion while still smiling at Beldaran, the world needs more happy children, there aren't enough in Nottingham.

"As long as you don't have too much, it shouldn't cause trouble," he says with a smile. "I'll switch you to ale after this if you're worried."

Beldaran bounces and makes grabby hands at Will. Garion looks a little embarrassed.

"She likes to meet people."

"Nay, twasn't worry just twas a strange night, milord and still not sure what 'appened after I met 'er again,"

Will is quite happy to be grabbed and leans closer so that if Beldaran wants, she can pull or tug on him.

Beldaran pats his cheeks and puts her fingers in his hair.

She gives a smile before almost leaning her way out of her father's arms to give him a kiss on the cheek.

"Her?" Garion asks.

"Aye, danced with 'er and met 'er again and she acted like twas doin' somethin' 'orrible to 'ave danced and kissed me,"

Will just grins as he becomes a child's toy though Garion might notice a fading bruise on the nape of Will's neck as he's leaning over.

"Some girls are like that," he says. "I wouldn't take it too personally."

Some girls like his wife.

But he does notice the bruise.

"Something happen?"

"Aye, she 'appened, 'as superpowers, tis the word she used, means she can fly and tis stronger, milord. I suprised 'er and she did that,"

Will is now blushing quite fiercely and focusing on Beldaran, because well Garion's a lord and while Will had a lovely time, he's also doesn't know Garion that well.

Garion grins.

"I suppose that surprise was at a very interesting point in things?"

Be thankful he was raised in Sendaria, Will. You don't want to get yourself in teasing range of an Alorn.

Will now almost matches his hair and is going to enjoy that drink and look at it,

"Aye, twasn't improper just tickled 'er was all,"

So far Garion's being nicer than Steph who whistled at Will and congratulated him.

"Tickle?"

Beldaran's face turns to shock and her little mouth a perfect O.

Then she's giggling as her father tickles her mercilessly.

"Daddy daddy daddy!!"

"Hmm? What's that?"

A giggle.

"Daddy!"

And he stops, pulling her into his arms for a kiss and a hug before shrugging at Will.

"I couldn't resist."
