So Guppy approaches after a little while, crouching in front of Miniver so he doesn't have to move his head.
"Hello there. My name's Guppy, and I'm a doctor." he keeps his voice gentle. "Do you want some help?"

"Yes. Yes? No. NO. Go away," Miniver decides, not otherwise moving.

He's keeping a slight distance, in case the man jumps up and socks him on the nose for not minding his own business.

Also, there was a pygmy owl with green and grey coloring in the rafters. Watching attentively.

Fucking owl.
Miniver sees it, but doesn't immediately differentiate it from anything ELSE he thinks he might see at the moment. Except that the green owl is remarkably clearer than anything else he almost feels and sees. It isn't pressing against his head like a vice. Which, Miniver feels, is really very thoughtful of it. So he watches it. Because it ISN'T trying to push the walls onto him or making his skin feel like there are bugs under it.

Draco didn't know much about addictions, and was elsewhere looking up some things. He knew he couldn't do much for comfort for right now, and the angsty clinging just rather confused him. It was a foreign concept.
But the owl kept monitoring, and if things got seriously horrible, it would fetch the wizard.

Miniver hoots back at it, and rests his head on his arms.
He's not sure how real the owl is, but he thinks he likes it.
