Taking his arm, Katara gets rid of the residual snow her 'man' took to the chest and grins, kissing him easily-- but not without a blush still.
Though that's quickly gotten rid of when she spies the city and is full of 'oohs' and 'ahhs'-- and then is pouting, looking disappointed as they come upon the part that's been stomped on.
Of course, Katara has to let go of Jet to fix it, rebuilding the tiny ice buildings.
"Well, someone ruined it! That wasn't very nice of them - what if the person who made it first comes by and finds it all smushed?"
So she fixed it! So it would be nice and pretty for them.
As for Ba Sing Sei, Katara considers for a minute before grinning back at him and, of all things, winking.
Maybe even coyly.
Then she gets to work on 'bending up a little model of ice and snow of Ba Sing Sei, complete with trains and tiny people. There are more tiny people in the largest ring, the lower-ring, leading all the way to the inner-most ring which has very few.
It's a good thing she was studying blueprints before she came through the door or that would have been impossible.
And now Katara has to play artist, frowning slightly and gesturing to tweak this detail or that detail to make it right.
"There are people inside the city!" Katara protests, but she's grinning, lowering her hands to stop adjusting it since he seems to be impressed enough as it is. "Here, I'll take them out." A flick of her wrists and POOF, all the tinker-toy-esque people are gone!
But there's still the buildings and things and-- yes, a little bit of farmland, too! And the ferry entrance!
"The trains are really neat - Sokka loved them. There are Earthbenders inside that can move you anywhere you want around the city by these paths."
"Is that a zoo?" Cause he's heard of them, but the Aang improved zoo... well, that's a hell of a zoo!
He smirks at the mention of the trains-- "Sokka would. I think he likes tricks and traps better then people. He asked a lot about the pulley system we used."
"It is! They have the most amazing animals in there, Jet - Aang spent a lot of time there. Actually, he built them that one since the old one was falling apart."
Isn't he great and special and wonderful?
As for smirking, Katara smirks back, watching him circle the model with her arms wrapped around herself. "He doesn't like them better than people, he just understands them better than people. Which sounds like the same thing, but-- isn't."
She almost wants to suggest it - maybe we can go together! - but that's just foolish. So Katara smiles instead and nods. "Sometimes animals from other people's worlds end up here - maybe we'll get a rabbaroo!"
"There are some fields," Katara replies, giggling a little, watching him from across her own tiny ice-city. "They're just deeper into the woods and that can get dangerous for us - but a rabbaroo would be okay."
Unless it got, y'know, eaten. But hey, circle of life!
The boy moves over to her, to -- glomp on and tuck her in his coat. It's okay, and he's an Earth boy, not some Tribesgirl used to freeznig her buns off.
"And when it snows again? Sorry, Kats, but they gotta have warm, dry open land."
Snuggling back against it, Katara hides her grin behind a smile that's nearly bursting at the seams, shrugging slightly. "Well, it's not like I'm bringing it in! Sometimes they show up and then disappear again. I'm just saying..."
"Hey, Kats! Somebody made a city of ice by the lake. You do that?"
Reply
...Wait, no, she's tossing her snowballs aside to rocket his back toward him with a flick of her wrist and a grin. "No! What's it look like?"
Come on, favorite boy! Show her! Since she's climbing to her feet and all to go meet him.

"Farmland! And then the triple rings of the city... and... did you have to put people in there?" he laughs a little, and then paces the outter wall...
...hey, look , where the ferry goes in!

And thus Jet smirks, the man on top.
"I bet. I'll have to see it." Someday. When he's alive and not in Ba Sing Se. Maybe he'll take the other two and go.
