Tonight, there was a car - different from the usual car - sitting in the bar. Black and beautifully reflective, no sound came from it, the windows were opaque, and the only sign of life was the consistant sweep, back and forth, of a red scanner along its track.
Why was there a car in the bar anyway?

Kira is looking from the car to the door rather dubiously.
She's at the wrong angle to see moving lights.

She wanders around the back of the shiny car. Is there a license plate? (Are they all going to get carbon monoxide poisoning?)

There is, however, a rather indignant, "I beg your pardon!"

Kira is from a horror canon, and startles at rabbits in the bushes, strange noises, rustling branches, laughter from unseen sources, puffs of light, anything happening when the lights are out, jumping cats, and talking cars.
She sounds a little indignant. Jeez, cars these days. . .
"Are you a talking car?"

At least he didn't turn indignant back at her and ask if she let just anyone inspect her tailpipe. That would've been disasterous.

Yes! She would have wanted to know why some immodest beings didn't wear clothes if cars had indecent bits. Pure chaos.

Had she even seen a car before? Confusing.
