Tirian's discovered the Shakespeare section of the House of Arch's library, and is working his way through it steadily. He's got A Midsummer Night's Dream at the moment, book open on the table in front of him, but he doesn't look so deeply absorbed in the story that he'd mind interruption.

Yuna pads past in her wooly socks and sleevelessness; she's a big dishabille, but doesn't let that stop her from being friendly, so Tirian gets a big wave from the hand not carrying tea.

She's...dressed fairly oddly, from Narnian standards, but that goes for most people here. And the wave gets friendliness from him in return; he gives a seated bow, smiling.

"Goodeven, lady."

Formality! Yuna bows, although the hand motions feel funny without her sleeves. "Good evening. I'm Summoner Yuna of Besaid."

Oh, well if she's going to bow, that gets another bow in return.

"Tirian of Narnia, at your service. I'm afraid I've not heard of your Besaid."

Yuna smiles a lot; there are lots of them. This is surprised and pleased, with a dash of mischief. "Oh, but I've heard of Narnia!"

"Besaid is a tiny island in the far south of Spira, my world," she adds, after a moment.

Tirian's smiles echoes the pleased surprise, if not the mischief. "Aye? Have you met kinsmen of mine, perhaps?"

Gesturing to an empty seat at the table, he adds, "Please, join me, if you would."

Yuna sits, crossing her legs at the ankles daintily. "I met Lucy?" she offers. "She's a friend."

Tirian nods, his own smile widening. "Lucy's very dear--and kin to me through marriage, though in truth, I considered her family long before that."

"Are you from London, too, like she is?"

Tirian shakes his head. "No--London is part of a country called England, in a different world than Narnia."

"That's what she told me," Yuna agrees. "But she said she was from Narnia and London both."

"Aye, she spent many years there--enough to consider it a second home, I suppose."

"How are you related? I mean, who did she marry?"

"Caspian," Tirian tells her. "Who's...actually my great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather, but we've come here from different times, so we're quite close in age."

"Oh! That's right," she says. "He must have been dead for a very long time, in your time?"

Wheels are turning, in her head.

Tirian nods, smiling wryly. "Aye--I heard stories of him, growing up, but never thought to meet him, unless it were in Aslan's Country."
