Bob went back to Mainframe yesterday, intending to spend a while at home.

Then there was... a bit of a change of plans.

Bob and Dot both ended up staying the night at Milliways. Now they're back down in the main bar, sharing a plate of chips and chatting about various odds and ends.

And the man in the gray suit spots someone it seems like he was just talking to because, in a sense, he was. "Guardian! Glad to have you back!" He notices company. "And who's the lucky lady? I don't believe I've had the pleasure, miss...?"

"I've only met him a couple of times," Bob feels obligated to point out.

Chur walks by with a plate of fried eggs and a steaming mug of gfi.

She stops and flicks her ears in startlement, and only after a moment of narrowed-eye staring does she realize she's being rude. "H'lo," she says, apologetically.

"...and out of nowhere he just starts singing. With backup and everything. I don't know who was backing him up, but--"

Bob stops short when he hears the greeting.

His eyes go wide when he sees the source of said greeting.

Chur dips her ears in embarrassment. "I didn't mean to interrupt."

Dot turns around towards the voice. Holy Cats. "...that's alright." One does not argue or aggravate the large carnivore.

Bob grins broadly. "Danny! Hi! I've been looking for you, did you ever get that Ember girl taken care of?"
