Puck has a scarf! A warm, fluffy scarf, made with love.

(Or so he assumes. You never can tell, with Havelock.)

Contrary to the impression that may be given by the icon, the scarf is varying shades of green, not varying shades of gray, and when Puck wears it he really does not look any more manic than usual.

Draco has a shiny. Well, two. The more obvious one is the Malfoy family crest ring he was wearing on his hand. The less obvious shiny was in a pouch on his belt. He was sitting nearby, casually glancing over rolls of parchment, and books again. Still somewhat down and brooding over recent events, and upcoming ones. Though he was happy about one, or at least hopeful that the number of people who want to kill him was soon be down by one.

Puck does not want to kill him!

A casual sweep of the room brings him to Draco, the sight of whom seems to cheer him immensely.

"Well," he purrs. "How very long it has been."

Not yet? It's so hard to keep track sometimes the way Draco makes enemies so easily.

He simply nodded, though there was maybe hints of relief at the sight of Puck? Mostly for the chance to settle one of his debts.

"A long while, yes." He eyed the scarf. Always liked green.

He briefly gestured to the knit garment, "Good color there."

"You've my thanks," Puck says, beaming (and possibly preening a little). "'Twas a Hogswatch present."

"Oh? That Christmas like holiday I see." He still had his cauldron and some of the supplies from last year.

"Missed it this year, but there'll be others." He then got out the pouch, and placed it on the table in front of him.

[puckishly]

"The very one," Puck agrees. His brow furrows thoughtfully; did Havelock ever find those hogs he was watching for? Or are the hogs but a seasonal metaphor? He makes a mental note to ask Havelock about it later.

His lashes flutter in Draco's direction.

"I did notice you failed to give me anything."

Draco seemed to smirk some at that, and he leaned forward. "Maybe I like to be..." He then opened the pouch where there was a bright flash of green inside winking enticingly.

"...fashionably late?" He finished in a smooth tone of voice.

[puckishly]

Puck laughs softly.

"Oh, but it is very fashionable, for all that."

Draco's smirk deepened, "I always strive to be so."

The pouch is gently moved forward toward Puck.

"All is settled then?"

[puckishly]

"Most exquisitely settled," Puck says, putting out a hand and sliding the pouch in towards him.

"In which case," he continues, cheerful, "how do you fare these days?"

"Excellent," Draco smiled some.

The smile was still there, but maybe a touch forced now.

"Well enough. You?"

"Well as ever, as it happens."

His smile is bright, and slighted fanged, and utterly effortless.

"This place never ceases to supply entertainment."

Draco seemed interested in that, "Oh? What kind of entertainment exactly?" Another brief smirk at the possibilities.

Puck's eyebrows arch.

"The naming of it all would have us both here rather a long time. Does any particular brand capture your fancy?"

"Point," Draco admitted, and then remarked, "Anything especially
wicked?"

[puckishly]

He considers.

"Poisoned tofu?"
