She walks over to him and then sees his Chick's

"Hello"

Lenny looks up, setting his book aside. "Hey!" Looking down at the chicks, he grins. "Or dja mean them?"

A smirk and a wink.

She giggles as she leans her head to the side then looks down at them

"Can I mean both?"

"Sure! The name's Lenny Inchpot." Extending a hand, "From Pickax."

She smiles offering her hand

"Ginny Weasley, From CAtchpole England"

"Oh awesome." Lenny waves for her to sit, grinning. "I've never met- or maybe I have, I was here before, but I can only remember meeting Sikozu. It's been ten years since I was last here, you see, so my memory isn't all that great, but I do remember the glaring stuff."

She smiles a bit and sits down as she tosses her hair back then smiles

"Wow has it changed alot in ten years? I've only been comming a couple years"

"Well, I was gone for the whole ten years, and it was ten years outside- maybe a month here? And I'm only guessing here-" He motions to the chicks. "I bet they'd be long dead if it was ten years by Milliways time."

The chicks pointedly ignore the red-head- She's not the alien!

Don't take it personally- they're going through a tough stage in their lives, they aren't all cute and technicolored anymore.

She smiles as she nods then thinks about it as she looks down at the chicks

"Yeah your right and it seems Milliways time and outer world time change alot. I don't try to figure it out gives me a headache"

[mop_jockey]

"Yeah- I bet." Lenny dunks a cookie in the milk. "Want some cookies? White chocolate chip. 'Course, Bar could get you something else if you'd like, and we'll just call it my treat."

'Cause, y'know, Lenny's an adult now, and Ginny's a kid, sofar as he knows. He pushes the plate of cookies toward Ginny, an act the chicks misconstrue and brand as treason.

THIS IS PUNISHABLE BY PECK! "Ow! HEY." Lenny gently back-hands the chicks with one hand and breaks up a cookie with the other. "Alright you little tyrants. Here." He sprinkles some crumbs in a small pile for them off to the side.

MUCH BETTER.

"Sorry 'bout that Ginny."

There is shock on her face. the kind only a teenager who as just seen good chicks go bad could have

"Its ok Those cookies sounds good to me.. and why did they just peck you? I didn't think it was normal for them to attack"

Lenny shrugs. "They're very weird right now." He leans in, lowering his voice.

"I think they're going through their emo-angst stage. Five bucks says they start listening to Tool or Rage Against the Machine any day now."

She nods slowly as her eyes widen as she looks down at them Shes not sure why they would listen to tools or RAge agaist a machine.. not sure what all that means really.

"Ohh ok I see, MAybe they need a healer or something"

Bar should probably publish some sort of Lenny to English dictionary. The women-folk and Lenny just can't seem to communicate very well.

"A what?"

Bar would but it don't work when you need a Muggle to Witch Dictionary

"a Healer.. Some call them Doctors in the Muggle world"

"Oh, well, actually, I think they'd need a vet, if they were sick, but they're not, they're just little terrors. It's okay though, we have a working relationship." Lenny beckons to one of the wait rats.

"Hey buddy- can I get a saucer and a glass of water? Thanks man."
