He was told to stay away from the outside at night, so he's obeying it. It's hard though. These are the sorts of nights that he and the rest of his squad would play capture the flag for.
The snow's a problem.
So he's doing his best to ignore the evening by focusing on his weapon spread out before him. It's easier then focusing on the fact that he's trapped here and can't go outside.
He's still in armor though, so chances are he could be bothered. He doesn't mind answering questions.
