Sam is sitting at a booth, a basket of fries and a glass of pop in front of him.

Every so often, he remembers they're there, and has a sip or eats a fry.

A loose and relaxed Desire wanders by the table, humming something that could be the Stones, and smelling of
(peaches)
expensive tequila and cigarettes. The Endless is clearly on the way to faintly weaving the way out the door from somewhere in the staff quarters, but those gold eyes light dangerously as they settle on Sam.

Without waiting for Sam's notice (let alone an invite), Desire drops near-bonelessly into the seat across from Sam.

Couldn't it be argued that every light in Desire's eyes is dangerous to someone somewhere?

The only sign that Sam notices him is the fact that he pulls his fries and pop closer to him. Just in case.

As if Desire wanted Sammy's food. Tch!

Still, Sam seems to be working awfully hard at not noticing Desire -- It's probably a shame that Desire isn't noticing. In fact, Desire leans against the table on his side, smirking faintly and propping his chin up on his palm.

"... Anyone ever tell you that you've got amazing eyes, Sam?"

The fries are good.

Sam scowls, has a fry.

A moment later: "You can't have them."

"You know, if you don't eat them quick enough, they are going to go cold on you," Ajedrez points out, helpfully.

"True enough," Sam says, and eats one obligingly. "They never reheat that well, either."

"No, not really. You have to practically kill them with salt."

And then her lips twitch.

"I haven't seen you around, able to come and go?"

"No."

He has another fry to cover his scowl.

"I'm Sam Winchester, by the way," he says.
