Archie Kennedy, in the bar, with Paradoxes. Sounds like the solution to a game of Clue, and Archie would be amused, if indeed he knew how the game Clue were played and won. But anyway, there he is, prime and ready for conversations, pesterings, information, or simply pleasant company. Have at.

Demon bunnies in the woods with their teeth, anyone?
Even after a couple of years, Svava still does not know quite what to make of the paradoxes; she eyes them as she sits down next to Archie.

Archie quite likes them, though he's no idea what they really are. They're intriguing, that's for sure. He dips one in the sauce and offers it to her as she sits.
"Evening sweetest, how've you been?"
Reply
Still unsure of them or not, her appetite will not pass them up- a second, then a third is sneakily stolen from Archie's plate.
"Though ordering some more may be a good idea." Svava gives Archie a sheeish grin.
"And you, today?"
Reply
He steals a quick kiss between bites and grins broadly.
"I'm well. Better now."
He prods her belly gently.
"I suppose we out to give her what she wants. For now at least, hm?"
Reply
"A girl. I still can't believe that."
Reply
A kiss though, soft and sweet, and full of wonder, and his hand stills, laying flat against the swell of her belly.
"A baby girl. A daughter; ours. And she'll be as lovely as her mother..."

Archie doesn't feel it, it isn't his body, and he's too busy watching her face. It is precisely for this reason though that he sees the change in her expression.
"Sweetest? Is something wrong?"
Reply
Just a faint, bare flutter- Svava can feel it more easily, of course-
Reply
His brow furrows, confused.
"Svava, I... what are you..?"
His expression clears, becoming wondering again.
"Svava... is, is she moving?"
Reply
"I thought I had felt her before. That's- that's her. That's our baby."
Reply
He gapes at her.
"I... I.. you..."
He swallows hard, shutting his eyes tight against the hot prickling there, pulling her close and pressing his lips to hers fiercely.
Reply
"Our daughter."
Reply
He holds her close, hand still flat on her belly, the hot tears seeping between his lashes. He turns his face into Svava's hair.
"She's... She's really there... really... alive..."
Reply
"Really there, and really ours."
Reply
He clings to her, as much for his own sake as for hers.
"I... I don't know what to do, Svava. I don't... don't even know what to say..."
