The reason for their snubbing?
Ace has almost figured out why the fried circuit board she brought with her from the TARDIS burnt out in the first place. Maybe when she's got that sorted, she'll pay more attention to them. It's not like there's a lot of other people to pay them mind in the booth she's got them in.
