Wells is in from London this time. He had to head back there eventually- he had a gift from Hephaestos to drop off with his daughter, not to mention a gift from Zuko as well. The family's really a little bit overwhelmed- not that this is a bad thing in Harry's book. Better overwhelmed and well-guarded than otherwise.
Still, they do live in a crowded bit of the city, and while it's new moon he'd just as soon not tempt fate. Thus, Harry's out back, warming himself up well away from people. And by 'warming himself up' we mean 'pounding the living daylights out of the heavy bag suspended from one of the stouter trees'.
