It is a slightly bleary Adric in the bar. The bleariness seems to be some sort of localized epidemic.
He's bleary because he's been sick for the past few days, changing of the seasons and all, that and he might possibly be going through a few more mutations, even though the mist here isn't like the mist at home and this is where the mun is reading about the Mistfall just as fast as she can while working every freakin' day for... a while
In any case, he was more than a little puzzled by the small cake and candle he got alongside his breakfast, "What's this?" A blink and then, "s'it really been that long?"
yep, and longer actually. A year ago Wednesday was when a formerly dead former companion showed up in the bar, only to be mothered by another. Good times.
