Simon has his arm around Kaylee; Zoe's not far behind. They're heading for the infirmary.
It's just outside the door that the spike of pain hits.
"Simon -- " A twisted whisper. Kaylee grabs his arm, tightly. What she sees is getting blurred; she can't see past the pain.
