It's not long before an Atton flops down next to her, looking distinctly worn out, a datapad in one hand.
"Ooh, caffa." He murmurs, reaching over to steal Steph's coffee.

Steph pulls it away protectively.
"Mine!"

"No. Mine." Atton corrects, as if talking to a small child, reaching over for the coffee again.

"Oh." Steph stands corrected, and hangs her head in defeat. "Sorry, then."

There's someone else, also looking at the clock, just behind Steph.

"It's sort of creepy, though, don't you ..."

Sam, looking rather tired and with a long black package -containing his sword- strapped to his back, is also studying the clock.
"Odd, isn't it?" He, too, has coffee. And a very late lunch.

"Yeah, it really is," Steph agrees. "Do you know where it came from? I mean, it wasn't there yesterday ... right?"
It could've been. She can't specifically remember not seeing it there. It's just ... weird, 's all.

Steph blinks, rather startled. "Wait - there was a battle? I've been upstairs, uh, in Zuko's room. I haven't heard - is everyone all right?"

Gavroche wanders up behind her and peers at the clock.
"Where'd that come from?"

"I've got no idea." She peers at its single hand curiously. "I don't think it was here yesterday."

"It wasn't", he says, matching the curious look. "Nobody saw it?"

"I don't know. I'll have to ask around. And I'll ask Security and stuff, too. Someone's gotta know. ... It's kind of creepy."
