Angela is watching the door. She sometimes focuses on her plate, but for the most part, she's watching the door. She'd seen Behrooz come back and stayed out of the way as Lyrae healed him.

She knew he was okay.

But she didn't know about her dad, or Chris, or her grampa, or Tony...

Underneath the haze of worry, Angela is very, very, very tired.

"Angie? Are you all right?" She didn't look it and from the way she kept glancing towards the wall, he assumed she was watching the door.

Her mouth twitches into a small smile that doesn't last long. "Have you heard anything yet?" she asks anxiously.

She doesn't know, maybe he had some way of communicating with Chris and the others that she didn't know about.

He's about to ask a question but decides to try something else. There was something going on, first the thing with Behrooz, now this.

"No, I haven't. Have you?"

[angela_edmunds]

"No, I'm just watching the door, waiting. I'm just so worried since Behrooz came back..."

She bites her lip, bowing her head to look at her hands.

His glance darts back to where Lyrae was. "You saw him when he came in? Who else was with him?"

[angela_edmunds]

"A man named...Sharpe, I think. He works with Grampa on Security."

Angela's worried eyes flick back to the door.

[_chappy_]

A nod, that was what Lyrae had said. "What was he doing outside the bar?"

[angela_edmunds]

"Helping to rescue Grampa. Some bad people have him. I'm...just waiting for the rest of them to come back."

Then it dawns on her. "You mean...you didn't know?"

[_chappy_]

"Some bad people..." he repeats, ignoring her question and remembering the last conversation he had with Jack.

"We were talking about getting together sometime soon as well."

Ryan has a sinking feeling he already knows the answer to this question but he has to ask. "Who went with Behrooz and Sharpe?"

[angela_edmunds]

"Tony, my Dad, and Chris," she says quietly. "They left last night."

[_chappy_]

"I see." His voice is steady, if small, and his manner is calm despite the fact that he feels like his head swimming.

Jack was captured by God knows who while out with Chris and Chris went to rescue him but she's not back...

"And only Behrooz and this Sharpe person came back? And that was today?"

[angela_edmunds]

Angela nods. "Yeah. So...I'm just waiting," she says softly.

She chews on the inside of her lip. "I hate this."

[_chappy_]

"What does Sharpe look like?" If Behrooz was indisposed and no one else knew what happened, he'd have to find him to find out what happened to Chris.

[angela_edmunds]

"Big man...blondish hair," she begins, and describes him a bit more. "I'm not sure where he went, maybe he's with Behrooz."

Angela sighs and looks once again at the door.

Ryan looks around the bar but doesn't see the man or anyone matching his description. "How long ago was this?"

[angela_edmunds]

"A couple of hours ago, I think. I've lost track of time." She leans her head on her hand.
