Souffle! And cakes and things!
Stirring. And not making loud noises.
Except when the pan falls and she yelps and instinctively freezes it.
Taking a few deep breaths she takes it out of the air and then caaalmly put it back on the counter.
More stirring. And no loud noises.
AND NO MORE FALLING PANS.
