There's a very wet Atton in the bar. Presumably, he's been swimming in the lake. He probably doesn't know about the shark. He's not doing much - Sitting over in a corner booth, dripping on things and looking for people to throw buckets of cold water on. What? He's not in the best of moods, and he has to amuse himself somehow.
Don't mind the window-cleaning droid with the lightsaber crystal stabbed into it. It's artistic, and certainly not Atton taking out his frustrations on inanimate objects, oh no.
