Warren leaned to look past Kyle and see who he was talking to, then grinned. "Hey there, Ginny. Long time no see."
He really had no idea what they were talking about. He had been distracted by his tequila, which was very good, and the steady stream of people going in and out the door. He had never seen a bar that had so many different sorts of people in it, and the way they all seemed to get along fascinated him.
Ginny smiles as she sits on he stool and looks at them and nods
"Hey there Warren, yeah.. how you been?"
She nods and looks around the bar
"I don't see any of them right now.. but they have Red hair freckles like me.. there are six of them. And my Mum from when she was my age..but she can't know she was my mum"
"Doing fine." Warren said cheerfully as he goosed Kyle. Scratching behind his ears to make him be still only worked in wolf form, and definitely wouldn't work in either form after he'd had a few shots worth of tequila.
The rest of what Ginny said sank in and he gave her a wide-eyed look. "Your mother is here at your age and can't know? You mean, like, time travel and paradoxes and stuff?"
Warren was quiet as he sipped his tequila and listened to them, still a little wide-eyed at the thought of meeting your own mother in a bar.
It would freak him out completely, he was sure. His mother was a no nonsense rancher's wife that held the place together through the Civil War, and she would not have been too pleased by Warren's current lifestyle. Why, he didn't even have a decent horse anymore, much less the family ranch. His mother always hated city folks.
"It's called a Harvest Moon." Kyle pats her hand in sympathy, definitely never wanting to see his mother as a teenager. She'd be more likely than not to start preaching the Bible at him.
