Mark wanders through the front door of the bar, singing to himself. Five hundred twenty-five thousand sixhundred minutes, how do you measure a year in the life? If you ask him where he got the song from, he probably won't even know.

However, he is at the bar, singing, drumming a pen against a theory book, and reading. He probably would love some

"You look like you're enjoying yourself." Corran wanders over, drink in hand.

Mark chuckles. "Well, as much as I can be enjoying myself with homework. It's a lovely day outside, which I probably should be filming or enjoying, but hell. I came here instead."

Mark is now getting a look of mild skepticism. "Homework? For an award-winning artist? What in the Sith for?"

"And if you really want to be outdoors, the lake's still a great place for that." Pause. "Well, and for lightsaber training. But that's not the point."

"Don't ask. I'm really wondering why I'm doing it, but I never finished school, and then I got famous. So, I thought I'd go back to school. Don't really need it, but what the hell."

The thought of Mark with a lightsabre rather scares this mun, so she will put it out of her mind for now. "Unfortunately, I don't have a lightsabre to train with, but I could film things outside. I've done it before." He laughs. "I'll probably go out there later."

Michael comes in and over to the Bar, nodding to Mark.

Mark waves cheerily at Michael, drumming his pen on the book a bit more. A moment later, a drink of whatever sort Michael usually drinks appears in front of the other man. Hey, Mark still owes Michael half his soul.

"Oh, hey - thanks." He grins.

Mark grins back. "Hey, no problem. How're things going on Antar?" He closes the book, pen marking his place.

Did somebody send for a counter-rhythm?
Well, Mark's got one anyway. It seems to be coming from off to his right.

Mark looks over his shoulder and smirks, wandering over to Angel, and rummaging in his bag, pulling out People, Newsweek, and Time, plunking them on a table with a grin. No words yet, though.

"What's this all about, then?"
Not that he can't guess, but still.

"I thought you might like to read what people think about you." He grins. "It's actually fairly complimentary."
