"-ir, I'm telling you. I was there! A bar at the end of the universe! I'm-"

Corporal Klinger stops, does a double take back to the door now closed behind him, and then looks around the bar itself. He straightens the purple straw hat and adjusts the blue flowered dress"Well, if I'm here, I might as well ( Read more... )

Crack Ahoy!

On his way, he will pass what appears to be a large, sparkly boulder beside a table with a three-dimensional chess-game on it.

And, since Naraht is deep in contemplation of this particular chess problem, there is not a hint of motion out of him. You'd think he was just a big rock in a very inconvienent place.

"Boy, whoever went and decorated this place went and did a lousy job," Klinger comments to no one in particular upon noticing the large, sparkly boulder next to the table.

He stops walking to study it closer, shaking his head. "That isn't even a real chess board."

"Never played three-dimensional chess I see," a dryly amused voice remarks.

:O!

Klinger's eyes go wide and he jumps back, reaching for a rifle that isn't there.

"It talks!"

There's a cowboy giving him...her...uh, him, a very funny look from where he's sitting at the bar, drinking some coffee.

[OOC: Am working, and tags will be slow. I could not, however, resist.]

Klinger notices the look, and returns it with one of his own. He takes a seat a couple of stools away from Jack, finally ordering his beer.

"What, never see a man in a dress before?"

[ooc: That's completely fine. :D]

Jack's eyebrows crease.

"No."

Reaching into his shirt pocket, he takes out a pack of cigarettes, taps one out, and lights it. He has the feeling he's going to need it.

"Well, consider yourself in lucky."

Klinger reaches across the empty stools, offering a hand in greeting to Jack.

"Corporal Maxwell Klinger, with the MASH 4077. I'm crazy. Absolutely nuts."

A man dressed in woman's clothing isn't unusual to Silvia. She lives in New York City.

Still, the clothes don't...complement him very well. And Silvia is still very confused about this place, so Klinger's outfit doesn't make her head hurt any less.

Klinger notices Silvia looking in his direction and smiles at the pretty woman.

"It goes well with my coloring, don't you think?"

He is, of course, referring to the blue floral dress that doesn't suit him at all.

"No."

There are very few things Silvia will be open about. Fashion is obviously one of them.

"Yeah, well. What do you know, anyway?"

The smile is gone now, and Klinger turns back to his drink at the bar.

*From a few tables away, a feminine wolf whistle can be heard*

"Well, hellooo nurse!"

Klinger looks around, beer in hand, trying to figure out where the whistle came from.

And, of course, to whom it was directed. Nurse? She can't certainly be talking about him, after all.

[ooc: so sorry i just tagged back. i've been akf for the past few hours.]
