I am not an artist but I love artwork. The owner of this site is really trying hard to create a high quality place for some time, for everything that's sexy.

The Yaoi Gallery

As you might know, this was originally conceived for a place for artists to post ORIGINAL works, and wound up being basically 90 % a Yaoi Collection image dump, NOT what I had in mind at all!
I realize a lot of you are at Y Gallery and Dev Art etc, but the point of TYG was to have a place where you didn't get banned for farting crosswise, or your works scrutinized in an extremely anal--NOT the good kind--way.
I have advertised and advertised, and so far have only a few ppl with ORIGINAL galleries on TYG.
I honestly believed ppl WANTED a choice, other than the draconian measures of Y! or the hardcore censoring of Dev Art.
Was I wrong?
I have been paying 75 dollars a year to maintain TYG out of belief it was going to mean something other THAN an image dump ( for which I have gotten a TERRIBLE rep and been thrashed mercilessly by countless ppl ).
If there is a FUTURE for an alternative to Y Gallery, if you want to be a PART of that, then please, if you are an ARTIST--start a GALLERY.
CONTRIBUTE any original art you have of Yaoi to it!

I made TYG to give ppl a choice, and I am no longer sure anyone WANTS one. If you are all satisfied with what is out there, then I was mistaken. I myself really wanted something LESS anally monitored, but that's me.
If no one wants to be a part of TYG as an artist, I will take down the site and that means the Image dump too.
I am an artist myself, and I will simply have a site for my own stuff.
Please---if you want to be a part of a growing hope for an UNCENSORED Yaoi Site, PLEASE ALL ARTISTS --start a personal Gallery.
Otherwise, as of July 4th, the YG goes for GOOD.
