Thai women + bacar = fun!
So, this Sunday bacar (my restaurant) had a benefit to raise money for the victims of Katrina (40 dollars a head for unlimited booze, food and music). As it was a benefit, those of us working were working for free, and so as incentive we were allowed to drink and eat with the guests, as long as we did all of our 'work' (which consisted of bussing tables and picking up empty glasses). So, drunkeness ensues (we have some HARD-core drinkers on staff) and it was a pretty fun time, though the owner bitched out a few people (unnecessarily, I might add). Anyway, the party was from 10 to 2 and as it was winding down we were all dancing to the band and this beautiful (almost too beautiful) thai woman comes up and starts dancing with me, asking about me. !!! Luckily I was drinking so I didn't completely freak out. Can we say confidence booster? Not only did I get picked up, but Darcy got a booty call that night and Cheryl went home with a boy AND was asked on a date by a second boy.
