i've found that i really really like pinot noirs, perhaps even better than gwertstraminers
currently enjoying a glass of game bird red from heron hill. it was designed to go with things like duck and venison, but it also compliments mushrooms nicely.
i must research cheeses that go well with my new favorite wines
does this count as a new hobby?
