Why is the pool water warm?
I have no idea what I'm doing.
I've been following lj for quite some time, silently agreeing on rants and occasionally posting a "good job" anon on someone's fic post. Now I've decided to join the party.
And I'm so unbearably nervous I could pee.
I've been really sheltered when it comes to the interwebs, particularly the other people in it. Any sort of forum or group I participated in was with very close, real-life friends. But, after we all sort of branched into various interests (read: everyone else grew up) I felt sort of alone, without anyone to ramble to.
But hey, that's what the internet's for, right? To babble incoherently and have others pretend to understand you, right?
