I need an opinion relating to this. By being ModernAU, it's not set in the show's universe, and I wanna set it a university. But since Camelot is actually fictional and so doesn't have a university (which I would totally apply to if it existed) I need a nice sounding school for Merlin, Arthur, Lance & Morgan to go to. I think I'm gonna go with Nottingham. 'Cause that has the whole Robin Hood thing. That's kinda the same. Only, like, eight centuries between them. I shrug at historical inaccuracies at proceed to make my wonderfully crappy slash story. Huzzah!
Some of the real Arthurian Legend is seriously worrying. For instance, Arthur's mother wasn't actually his mother, so he unknowingly fathers a druid-child called Mordred with his sister Morgause, who later turns evil and kills him. Poor Mordred. I'm sure he wasn't evil, just misunderstood.
I should probably be doing my RM working drawing. But Mr. Halladay hasn't done my cutting list. And I need that to make my scale drawing to scale. Because I basically made up my measurements and thus can't remember them. Fail.
