Pry-Minister's Policy Statement
I have decided to make a policy statement on moulting.
Moulting if a furpectly natural and indeed useful process particularly during the very hot weather that we have been having in the northern hemisphere of Lagamorphia. I myself am moulting significantly, and Cedric has so much loose fur under his chin he looks like he is growing a beard!
I would like to make it clear that it is NOT acceptable for other animals (particularly 2-foots) to make unkind remarks about our appearance during the time we are moulting, indeed, if I hear of this happening anywhere I will insist on very firm action being taken.
