Day 5

Jul 20, 2007 11:22

The village was awaken by a great wailing come morning. Disturbed and upset villagers one by one poked their heads out of their cottages and hesitantly made their way to the cries. As they approached evilben's cottage they found it surrounded by over a dozen evilben clones all sobbing and crying. A suck walked jubilently through the throng of clones. The ( Read more... )

It came to me while I was driving - it's an amazing strategy. If the wolves aren't doing this on purpose, I'm gonna kick my own ass for giving it away and not saving it for when I'm a wolf. The wolves aren't just eating the suspects to cause chaos - they're neutralizing the seer ( ... )

I wouldn't say amazing. ragnarok_now July 20 2007, 22:56:00 UTC
Following your line of reasoning on the third day the wolves didn't eat the runner-up. The most likely senario is that said runner-up was a wolf.

The two other candidates at that time were makellan and yourself.

Again, assuming you are correct, bringing it up makes it seem unlikely that you are a wolf.

vote makellan

On the other hand, you could be trying to mislead the seer. And it is quite likely that there are other reasons for their picks.

I call it self defense, you call it what you will. But since I have yet to vote for either Cambler or Gorillashaman I am not sure how you are claiming I am starting a bandwagon against them. You on the other hand have been a consistent target of mine and yet somehow you keep escaping justice.

By the way, if the wolves started this strategy how come you're claiming credit for it? Unless of course you are a wolf and are staking your claim ahead of your three pack mates.

The little :P at the end was meant to indicate that I was being silly, and I'm claiming credit for it a) to antagonize the wolves and b) because no one can claim credit for it without admitting they're a wolf ( ... )

Actually I think I was the one who pointed towards wolves using the dogpile method. In this case stride was the first to vote for makellan, then baronlaw, then myself. So, according to my logic baronlaw and myself could be wolves.

However I think you'll see that I can upon this conclusion independantly, since I see some potential in your theory.

I am willing to take the risk and make myself look wolfy because I feel this has merit. We shall see if I am vindicated if we manage to catch this wolf.

To be honest I was too lazy to wade through all the entries from yesterday to remember who he aimed at.

*shrug*

I too am voting Makellan. But I find your Daedalus and Ranarok theory interesting.

I wouldn't go so far as to call it a theory, or even a suspicion - just something to keep in mind.

A brief reprieve from work...

Your theory actually makes an alarming amount of sense. I also have to agree with Rag's assessment of why the pattern deviated on day three.

Unvote Gorillashaman
Vote Makellan
