God's love is even in the sky
We've had so much rain these past couple of days. There has been hail and tornado like weather so bad that the news was encouraging people to take cover in their homes. South Pipkin on the south side of town got it the worst. I was at work on the north end and when I got home Cody said that there was a bad storm that hit campus just before I got home. Quarter sized hail and wind gushed through here. Everything was okay though, no damage that we could see.
While I was going to the mall today the sky was gorgeous! There were huge majestic clouds and the sun was shining through the corner of the mountain looking clouds. The colors were breathtaking. I started to cry because no matter how bad a storm can be in the air or in our lives, God will always show us that he is still with us! It was a very powerful God moment for me right there in the car. I was sitting at the light right as you go over the railroad tracks to turn onto Memorial. Even the name of the road hit me hard. Memorial-remember God!!
