Plan Vs Reality
Plan: -get up at 5:40am.
-6:40am get BK breakfast before work
-7am arrive at work, pick up the Truck
-7:10am leave work and head back towards home (on the curvy mailbox road of death) to get the tractor
-8:00am leave with tractor and drive two hours to mow
Reality: +4:00am wake up call thanks to Gus
-6:15am pack lunch and leave for work
+6:20am Packed lunch and left
+6:40am HIT MAILBOX WITH SIDEVIEW MIRROR LIKE A FUCKING DUMBASS
+6:42am frantic "WHAT DO I DO" convo with mom
+6:45am talk to mailbox owner who laughed and said "Don't worry about it. I'll fix it tonight. At least you didn't hit the tree."
+6:56am park at walmart to get black duck tape to hold on sideview mirror so it stops dangling by its wires.
+6:57am move car to OTHER door of walmart b/c it's too early to have them both open
+6:59am reach duck tape shelved in the farthest possible corner of store
+7:01am passes the now open door on the way to the checkout
+7:15am finally reaches dad on the phone about what happened
+7:30am arrive at work, pick up truck.
+7:38am go back to car to get forgotten water bottles
+7:40am head towards tractor
+7:45am turn around to go get the keys from the car needed to get TO the tractor
+7:50am call mom crying b/c crap keeps happening and hit a bird while talking to her
+8:00am decide that tempting fate by towing a big ass tractor on a narrow-ish curvy road should not be on the to do list. Tells Dad that mowing will wait until tomorrow....after he tows the tractor from the building it's in, to work.
+9:00am curled up in bed and not planning to get out anytime soon.
