(((Open to all but Pele)))
It feels so nice to be on a boat again <3 Now I remember why I hate planes so much. Being on the water is much better than being in the air.
Amelda's resting in his room. Maybe he's not feeling good? I hope he's not seasick. Urgh. I'm too happy right now to deal with that right now.
I brought my language books with me. Instead of having to rely on the son-of-a-bitch-bastard that calls himself the King Kona Museum curator to translate any texts we find, I thought it wouldn't hurt to try learning the Hawaiian language myself. It'd me much faster to translate it myself.
Don't laugh at me for trying to learn a language in 2 days. It's possible. I already know a bit from researching Pele and Namaka before. Now I'm just learning the rest. Besides, it couldn't hurt to learn something new.
The sea is beautiful. It's so nice to look over the side of the boat and see the bow of the ships break the waves. The sound is nice too. I want to see dolphins. I'm sure there must be some species native to the area. I'm not sure which though. My brain not really working. I think maybe I'm a bit too relaxed.
Y'know, now as I see the magnificence of the ocean, and remember the allure of the beaches of Tahiti, I realize, this is the world we're fighting so hard to protect. And what a beautiful world it is.
