The text came from Alanis Morissette's song Forgiven from the album Jagged Little Pill. I loved the album as a child, even though at that time I don't understand English that well. The album stuck in my head, and listening to it again as an adult with better understanding on English made me realize that Alanis Morissette is a lyrical genius. I love this album so much I'm listening to it on repeat on my itunes. Inspired by it, I made this tumblr graphic with Andrej my muse as the subject.{002}
As anyone can guess, "I'm a free bitch, baby!" is easily taken from Gaga's song Bad Romance. I saw this picture of Andrej and the head piece actually reminded me of Lady Gaga's red lace head piece/crown/costume that she wore at the 2009 VMA's.

This is a quote from Andrej's interview by OUT magazine in which he was asked to define himself, he said "I would like to live in a world where your gender, nationality, sexual orientation, and, above all, financial status didn't affect the opportunities you are given in life, the way you're treated by others, and your overall freedom. In a world like that, I wouldn't be given such a complex definition." I made two versions of the art, Andrej boy version and girl version.

"Travel often; getting lost will help you find yourself" is part of an positive affirmation text thingy that I saw on tumblr. I love what it says because I've experienced it. The photo is from Marc Jacob's Summer/Spring campaign ad last year. But it was just circulating around Andrej blogs and it's the first time I see it.{006}
Another quote from Andrej. I posted this on tumblr and it seemed to open a whole lot of a can of worms. I'm not going to say anything about they issue, I'm just going to say; hey, I'm pretty proud of this graphic.
