Felix Gaeta doesn’t believe in gods, but he thinks someone must be watching out for him if he's getting a prosthetic leg designed by one of Earth’s most brilliant inventors. Who, by the way, is right now running his fingers all the way up Felix’s inner thigh.

Oh I have the fic in mind, it's just more.... angsty mean than I want to be right now.

The idea was like... months after revelations. Felix is walking with a prostetic, he seems fine, but tends to be cutting and snippy to Sam, who is very very depressed etc.

Kara basically confronts Felix and tells him to forgive Sam etc. And Felix snips back that he would be happy to forgive Sam but.... he's not doing it without an apology first.

From Sam and from Kara. Because he lost his leg due to their combined stupidity. He lost his leg due to Kara insisting she was right and are they living happily on Earth like she insisted? No. And she's never said sorry about it. And Sam, for all his moping, shot Felix in the leg and never said "Felix, I am sorry I shot you. I'm sorry I hurt you."

Because I think Felix is a pretty forgiving guy, but I think he would not forgive this without people asking to be forgiven first. I think he forgave the airlock incident without any apologies because in the end he was ok. But this time he's not ok. He's still willing to forgive... but people need to admit they wronged him. And frankly I think Kara needs to make amends.

I think it would be a good fic. I just havent have time - I *should* be working on gn right now!

And yeah, it's amazing the amount of shit people have pulled on Felix and never apologized for (on camera, at least). I really do hope that at least Sam apologizes to him in Season 4.5. And I think you're absolutely right. I think he'd forgive pretty readily if anyone would even slightly admit having done him wrong.

Kara sucks at apologies though. I can't recall a single time I've ever seen her apologize for someone. I don't even think she technically apologized to Adama for Zak, even though she was obviously broke up about it.

Yeah, I think Felix's problem is that he's probably too nice a guy for BSG (hence GN heheh because he always seemed to be on the wrong show). Yes, he's a good guy but this is a big thing to forgive without anyone saying sorry. I don't think he's asking for all that much.

Kara's biggest problem, in my opinion, is that she's never held accountable for her actions. Look at Zak. SHe fucked up and got him killed. Who is she to ride Kat's ass over Kat's past?
