I just remembered a short conversation between me and my brother the day when American Idol pronounced the winner.
It's dumb and it goes like this...
Me: Ya perde gale si Jessica.
Bro: Ansina? Porque?
Me: Nah......Kay.......kay..........ya gana si Phillip. *headdesk*

Translation:
Me: You know, Jessica lost.
Bro: Is that so? Why?
Me: Well.....because....be..cause.... Phillip won. *headdesk*
