the new year!
george adopted a gimp fish yesterday. he's a red beta with one fin missing, though we aren't sure why the fin is gone we've fabricated many heroic tales of a samurai fish & how his poor soul ended up in a circular 8 inch bowl with fake neon pink seaweed (that glows in the dark!).
beside from my normal anxieties about daily life i am doing exceptionally well for the new year, i told george lastnight that i'm scared i'll never have enough money to retire. you're only worried about that cos you want to retire before thirty, what's wrong with that? he made me a piggy bank that was made from an empty jar of strawberry jam & a piece of paper with "RETIREMENT FUND" tackfully taped to the front. i love it.
as for more anna news. i am going to uni this year, which everyone says is about time, but whateverrrrr, i am only taking fun classes, fuck math!
it smells like chamomile in my room.
i've been listening to a lot of weezer & i can't stop myself.
i'm going to hawaii in a few weeks,
& today we are going to get real plants for samurai fishy's tank.
