In da HAUS!
We closed on Friday, but were able to move stuff into the garage on Thursday. So we've slowly been dragging stuff over from Groton to Shirley and slowly unpacking it. It's tough to unpack much without the furniture to hold it, but that will all come on Tuesday. Movers and new bedroom set get delivered on Tuesday. Today a very fruitful trip to Home Depot produced the best thing evar.
Temporary Blinds.
Who knew! These things totally took the pressure off to find curtains that I like. It also took the pressure off to find the comforter set that I want, since that will determine the window treatment in the master bedroom. We now have coverage in the bathrooms and bedrooms and living room and dining room. No more flashing the neighbors!
Can't wait to have our real bed and our couches here. We have TV now, and internet, so that's better. Tomorrow we go back to work. I have Tuesday off so I can be around for the movers, even though my MiL (Goddess) is here all week for us. She is the bombdiggity.
