Job Search...
The transfer attempts are proving to be futile. I have set up interviews with the managers at a couple of different Olive Garden locations and the only one that sounds remotely promising is in Warren. The general manager at the restaurant in Rochester said that they will let me know by 3pm on Tuesday. The problem is that a lot of my ex co-workers are trying to transfer there from our now non-existent Smokey Bones restaurant in Waterford. There are simply not enough positions for all of us. I'm not exactly sure what I am going to do as of yet.
Later tonight, after dinner hour, I am going to call the Red Lobster in Madison Heights and the Red Lobster and Bahama Breeze in Troy to set up some more interviews.
