Been a while
So i just finished writing an extraordinarily long comment to one of my friends posts and figured, if i can do that, maybe i can make a post.
It's been a couple of year since i've posted anything here and it's probably about time to do a small update. Even though i haven't posted in ages, i've read every single post you all have made since i first got lj.
Brief summery of things past and present:
Ir recently graduated with my BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from RPI. Classes were as can be imagined and my grades were good. I was a resident assistant for a year and a half for freshmen, and a resident director (manager to RAs) for half a year. I also got involved with about every club and organization i could manage from honor societies to water polo.
I had an internship with Boeing last summer, liked it there, want to work there after school.
This summer i'm at school beginning research for my masters degree also at RPI, then more school for at least a year. I will continue being an RD and being overly involved on campus.
I'm home now until the 31st, then back to school. I'll be home again for a week probably in July for some weddings of some people who are important to me. If you don't know who is getting married then you're probably not invited and i don't want to be the one to break it to you, so don't ask who it is.
Nothing worth reporting on the relationship side of things. Things haven't been completely dead, but mostly. Not sure i have the time while at school to have a relationship and even if i did it would have to end when i graduate sine i doubt she would want to move way out here. Also don't really want to do the long distance thing with someone who's here.
