Matrix - In real life....
I read the second quote in a book I'm reading. It's called Reaching for An Invisible God by Philip Yancey. It sounded too familiar so I ripped out my Matrix script and I read the following.

Morpheus: The matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work, when you go to church, when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes, to blind you from the truth.
Neo: What truth?
Morpheus: That you are a slave Neo, That you, like everyone else, was born into bondage, kept inside a prison that you cannot smell, taste or touch. A prison for your mind.

The world is pretty jacked. I agree, but I guess its sad if this is all there is. There has got to be more. Some of us just live everyday accepting that this is all there is to life. But some of us, pursue something farther. Not to say I know that much more, but sometimes I feel the same way Neo felt when Morpheus sought him out.
