My mother called me trashy a few hours ago.
And I haven't stopped thinking about it..
I was telling her about someone else who had called me that because my SO is military.
It really bothers me because her other two children are military and she is talking about the people that go and defend her country. (*edit in: she said that all military have a certain trashiness, I couldnt disagree more.)
Ever since I became a military girlfriend all the down talk on the military had disturbed me even more than it use to.
I love him either way, but people are that unsupportive?
I guess my point is to ask what you would do, or even if you'd had that experience. That something that happens often?
